Our two local colleges take on the challenge to cook with a box of mystery locally sources ingredients. In pairs, students will get 90 miutes to prepare a dish that’ll be judged by:
Jude Messenger, owner and head chef of The Bistro
Phil Blackburne, owner and head chef of Embra
3rd Mystery Judge! (aka, we haven’t yet confirmed it!!)
With prizes available for both the winning pair and the winning school overall, this one should be fun!
