If you haven’t met Olivia yet, you’ve almost certainly seen her work. Featured in many of Taupo’s favourite eateries, as well as in publications like the Taupo Times and Dish Magazine, Olivia’s recipes and food photography is celebrated throughout the New Zealand foodie scene. Recently, she’s launched her very own cookbook with recipes that are described to be ‘Kiwi classics and more with a decadent twist’.
